# MemaxLabs Brand Usage Terms

These Brand Usage Terms ("Terms") govern your use of MemaxLabs' logos,
icons, product images, screenshots, and other brand assets (collectively,
"Brand Assets") available in this repository. By downloading or using any
Brand Assets you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Ownership

All Brand Assets are the exclusive property of MemaxLabs and are protected
by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

## 2. Permitted Uses

You may use MemaxLabs Brand Assets **only** for the following purposes,
and only in the manner described:

## 3. Prohibited Uses

You may **not** use MemaxLabs Brand Assets in any way that:

- **Implies affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement** by MemaxLabs without express written permission.
- **Modifies, distorts, or alters** the logos, icons, or other Brand Assets in any way (including changes to color, proportions, orientation, or adding/removing elements).
- **Combines** MemaxLabs Brand Assets with other logos, brand elements, or imagery in a manner that could cause confusion.
- **Uses the MemaxLabs name or logo as part of your own product name, service name, logo, or company name**.
- **Uses Brand Assets in advertising or promotional materials** for your own products or services without prior written consent.
- **Uses Brand Assets in any context that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable**.
- **Uses Brand Assets in connection with any illegal activity** or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- **Sells, sublicenses, or otherwise transfers** Brand Assets to any third party.
- **Registers any trademark, domain name, or social media handle** that incorporates MemaxLabs Brand Assets.

## 4. Attribution

When using MemaxLabs Brand Assets in permitted contexts, you must include
the following attribution where practical:

> "MemaxLabs, the MemaxLabs logo, and related marks are trademarks of MemaxLabs.
> Used with permission."

## 5. Quality Standards

You must use Brand Assets at sufficient resolution and quality to avoid
distortion or pixelation. Do not use low-quality, compressed, or corrupted
versions of the Brand Assets.

## 6. Revocation

MemaxLabs reserves the right to revoke permission to use Brand Assets at
any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon revocation, you
must promptly cease all use of the relevant Brand Assets and remove them
from any materials under your control.

## 7. No Warranty

Brand Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or
implied. MemaxLabs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness,
or fitness for a particular purpose of the Brand Assets.

## 8. Changes to These Terms

MemaxLabs may update these Terms at any time by updating this document in
the repository. Continued use of Brand Assets after any such changes
constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
